First Loaf – Pan Looks Unused The photo shows the pan and first bread 5 minutes out of the oven just put on the cooling rack. The loaf easily slid out of the pan. All I did to the pan before using it was to wipe a lightly damp paper towel on the inside. There are a couple of tablespoons of oil in the bread recipe, but nothing added to the pan. The company does not recommend any spray. The signature ripples in the pan are transferred to the loaf. I like the look.

USA Pans – a hundred stars! I wish a couple of things about these pans. I wish I had them when I started out in my younger years raising my family. I wish I could rate them ten, no a hundred stars. My thing is baking, I don’t care that much about cooking. I have their 9 x 13 cake pan, their 9 x 9, their pizza pan, two jelly roll pans that I use for cookies mostly, and now two of these loaf pans. Baking has been a huge part of my life for (numerous!) decades, and these pans ALL are way, way better than any other pans…

the only bread pans to buy I do not usually write reviews but this product really stands out from the rest. I am an artisan baker and have gone through several sets of bread pans over the years. None of them have been particularly remarkable. No non-stick surface has been particularly good after a few uses. I have returned several sets of pans which didn’t live up to expectations.
