Nice little tool I have a normal thermometer without a spoon but one has to be holding a wooden spoon in one hand and the thermometer in the other so it is quite bothersome. With this one you have both in one. I haven’t used it much yet but I have tried it on boiling water and it did work. I have also made caramel with it but for that purpose you can better use it without the spoon. All in all I think that it is a good buy and not more expensive than buying a separate thermometer.
