Heavy duty, smaller diner or cafe style chair I ordered four of these, to go with a formica table-top with pedestal (from the same manufacturer). These chairs were pretty easy to construct, consisting of only two pieces: frame and seat. I did use a power drill just to neatly get through the fabric (which covers the underside of the seats) and just barely enough to start the screw holes.

Good Quality Chairs We have two of these, and have used them for the past 2 years. I love them. They are easy to clean, which we need in this house. The only issue we’ve had is one you’d expect with normal use. About 3 months ago I had to refabric the seat pads because our cats finally managed to put some holes in the vinyl covering, and our son was sticking his fingers in them and making them bigger and therefore a bit of an eyesore. But they were easy to do that to, and I don’t see that as being a problem…

Sturdy but falls short The chair is great. I’m a heavyset guy and its metal frame is really sturdy. However, its really short. Given the price of it you would think that it would be a little taller. I mean I’m 6’0 and usually a chair would come to about my stomach almost my chest. (heightwise) But this chair barely comes to my thigh. Also, the seat cushion comes with like 4 screws but in order to secure it to the chair you have to get a drill and drill holes in the seat first and make a place for the screws to go…
