Great coffee, ditch the burner I know it seems like an annoying expense to go out and buy a new burner right away but it makes a huge difference. I can’t even get it to brew coffee with the burner that comes with it.Having said that after replacing the burner with a butane one, it makes the best coffee I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot of coffee. Just make sure to heat up the water before pouring it into the coffee maker, otherwise you’ll be waiting for awhile.

Science Imagine drinking coffee from heaven. This is it. This device has total infusion with the coffee and water. It creates a bitterless cup of joe. And for all you science fanatics, this is the coolest way to use Science and make coffee. Hands down, a very great cup of joe, the only issue; unless you have the Bunsen burner or a faster burner, the spirit burner (alcohol burner) that comes with the device, makes it very hard to make a fast cup. Design Flaw I love Japanese design and products in general, and this thing is very cool looking, so I jumped on it. Problem is, however, that it has serious a design flaw. Grounds leak from top into the coffee in bottom and so you have to pour it through a filter before drinking. Very disappointing.
