Not black out at all I purchased the turquoise color for my twins nutsery. I absolutely love the color but they are no where near black out, which is a total bummer. They definitely should not label them that way :(I tried to take a picture but it actually looks much darker than it is really standing in the room, but you can kinda get an idea.

Great darkening curtains My child’s room has four windows, three facing east and south, so it’s very sunny. We’ve had a makeshift patch of blinds, curtains, blankets and towels at the window for many years, trying to get his room dark enough for him to sleep well.

Awesome Curtain I bought this curtain for my daughter’s room, and we love it. The color shown in the picture is exactly what you get; it a very pretty normal purple color. The purpose of it (to blackout the room) is exactly what it does. My daughters window has the sun beating on it from sun up to sun down, and no matter what time of the day if we close the curtains her room is very, very dark. I have the same brand, same style only black in my bedroom and they do not darken as good as the purple ones do. I…
