Smooth I am buying this coffe after buying Starbucks Italian or French roast the past few years. My opinion is that this is a medium dark roast coffee. The first cup out of a drip maker was that I was not sure if this was going to be the right coffee for me. By the second cup I was enjoying this coffee. Even smooth taste. I’m really enjoying this coffee. It’s my new go-to. I was into Dark Roast previously, but now I’m appreciating medium and light roasts, because I like using less sugar with my coffee now. This is due to being able to drink better coffee, higher coffee appreciation, and better brewing methods, like pour over.
